RS Boutique Apartments offers 15 elegantly designed apartments in the heart of Alicante’s old town. Our accommodation includes Deluxe and Premium apartments, two spectacular Penthouses with private pools and a Presidential Penthouse. We are a pet-friendly property, so your furry companion is welcome. Reception is available 8 hours a day to assist you with anything you need.

We have a total of 15 luxury apartments with a capacity of up to 4 people (one of the Penthouses can accommodate up to 5 people). We offer Deluxe and Premium categories, two spectacular Penthouses with private terraces and pools, and our exclusive Presidential Penthouse with Castillo de Santa Bárbara views.
Are the apartments fully equipped?
Yes, all our apartments are designed with cutting-edge concepts and innovation. They feature a fully equipped kitchen, climate control, high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and everything needed to ensure maximum comfort.
Do the penthouses have an exclusive private pool?
Yes, guests booking the Penthouses with a pool will enjoy fully private and exclusive access to their own pool and terrace.

No, we don’t have our own parking, but there are a couple of parking garages available less than a 5-minute walk from our apartments.
